Marketing and Communications Officer (m/f/d)

We are expanding our product range with the acquisition of EFP International B.V. in Marum, Netherlands. EFP is a specialist in high-quality aluminium window and façade systems made from thermally broken and non-thermally broken aluminum profiles. Their product range includes curtain walls, stick and unitized systems, louvre and shading profiles, skylight systems, windows, doors, sliding doors and windows, and cladding substructures.

We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Officer (m/f/d) for EFP.

Your Tasks

  • As a Marketing and Communications Officer at EFP European Facade Products, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to increase EFP’s facade and glazing systems’ sales and opportunities. To achieve these goals, you’ll use social media, newsletters, the website, and product brochures. You will manage all (digital) marketing channels and develop marketing materials.
    Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for all internal and external communications. You will talk to both co-workers and international clients, including architects, consultants, and contractors. Moreover, you’ll explore the current market by analyzing market trends and data, doing market research, performing target group analysis, and conducting customer satisfaction surveys.Finally, you’ll work on positioning the EFP brand, which will require you to collaborate internally with your colleagues. This is a new position which gives you the freedom to create your own marketing strategies. You will work closely with the Sales and Technical Departments. These teams consist of 15 colleagues with whom you’ll collaborate often.

Required

  • Senior secondary vocational/higher education or equivalent ability
  • Preferably 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of market mechanism
  • Proficient in social media channels
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proper command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • A sense for technology and design
