Your Tasks

• Strategic and operational management of the global ATG business unit with direct reporting line to the CEO of profine Group
• Development of annual budgets in coordination with the sales units and guidelines of the CEO
• Development and implementation of a product portfolio strategy for regional markets
• Analysis of the product portfolio for strategic gaps
• Development and implementation of innovative business cases under consideration of strategic product planning
• Product portfolio optimisation / product assortment controlling
• Continuous optimisation of personnel, technical and organisational processes
• Market observation and (economic) monitoring
• Leading, motivating and developing staff within the ATG product categories
• Close cooperation with sales, product management and all organisational units involved

Your Profile

• Business administration and technical studies or a correspondingly recognised training qualification
• Several years of experience in the window construction industry with a strong customer focus
• Sound technical understanding of window systems, of the product plaque with the adjacent product and material topics (e.g. aluminium, Purenit, privacy screen)
• Relevant experience with sales, product management processes and project management in an industrial environment
• Profound knowledge of the market and competition
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• High social competence and confident appearance towards customers and colleagues in a matrix organisation
• Very good knowledge of German, business fluent in English
• High, worldwide willingness to travel
• Confident handling of common IT systems, SAP knowledge desirable
