We are looking for a Production Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Breslau.

Your tasks

Planning, implementation and controlling of processes and workflows for quality
Responsible for compliance of default production parameters and quality specifications in the extrusion and Foiling
Leadership and coordination of approx. 100 employees, including staff assessment and company manpower planning
Coordination of qualitative and quantitative shift staffing
Securing and monitoring of quality specifications
Analyzing of weakness – introduction and monitoring of correction measures
Training and coaching of employees for efficiency enhancement in production
Initiation and supervision of process- and quality improvement projects
Implementation and sustainable support of formulation trials as well as die- and screw tests

Your profile

Technical degree, preferably with a focus on production engineering/management
Proven leadership experience in a comparable role
Several years of experience in production management in a plastics processing industry are desirable; preferably extrusion, injection molding is also welcome
Knowledge of Polish on C1 level or higher (both written and spoken)
Knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
Independent, systematic workings
